Spring, come! Come soon!

歩(ある)き始(はじ)めた　みいちゃんが  

Little Mie who has just began to walk
赤(あか)い鼻緒(はなお)の　じょじょ(=草履(ぞうり))はいて  

wears her sandals with red thongs
おんも(=表(おもて)outside)へ出(で)たいと　待(ま)っている

and is waiting, eager to get outside

=出(で)たいと(言(い)いながら) saying she wants to get outside

じょじょ、おんも:　幼児語(ようじご) childish words　

みいちゃん: 御風(ぎょふう)の娘(むすめ)「文子(ふみこ)」の愛称(あいしょう)a pet name

２．春(はる)よ来(こ)い　早(はや)く来(こ)い 

Spring, come! Come soon!
お家(うち)の前(まえ)の　桃(もも)の木( き)の   
蕾(つぼみ)もみんな　ふくらんで  

The buds of the peach tree in front of the house are all swollen
はよ(=早(はや)く)咲(さ)きたいと　待(ま)っている

and are waiting, eager to bloom soon. 

=咲(さ)きたいと言(い)いながら saying they want to bloom soon
